Summary: This is a wonderful hotel and spa combination. The Mokni family has thought of everything in making a spa getaway the most enjoyable it can be. The breakfast buffet was tremendous. The staff professional and courteous. I strongly recommend this hotel and thermal baths to anyone who wants ti simply relax and enjoy life.

Summary: Great place to stay if you’re using the Palais Thermals. City center, near everything, good internet. Breakfast was nice, but overly restrictive and a bit authoritarian with the Covid protocols. To access the breakfast area you were told to wear plastic gloves, move in a circle through the main lobby, to a room with the food, and back to the seating area. Any deviation was met with a stern warning, barked across the floor. If you’re a Covid “bed wetter”, you’ll love the restaurant manager!

Summary: Very nice hotel. The shower is not comfortable. Very nice spa area, very rich with good facilities. Its noce that its in the same building. The staff are very nice and helpful.
